On marketing materials, mobility is increasingly grouped with health and wellness rather than with parking and storage. That framing makes sense — residents experience bike share as a wellness amenity the same way they experience the gym. The reframe is doing real work on prospect perception.

Properties with branded bike share programs report higher amenity scores in resident surveys and consistently mention it in tour debriefs. On portfolios that have rolled it out across multiple assets, the program is becoming a default line item in new acquisitions rather than an optional add.
